A. Foundation Preparation
- Ensure the concrete foundation is fully cured and has reached its designed strength.
- Verify that the anchor bolts are correctly positioned, protruding to the required height, and are perfectly vertical and aligned.
B. Pole Positioning
- Carefully lift the pole using appropriate equipment (e.g., a crane with soft slings) to prevent damage to the finish.
- Maneuver the pole over the foundation and slowly lower it, guiding the base flange onto the anchor bolts.
C. Securing the Pole
- Place washers and nuts onto the anchor bolts.
- Using a calibrated torque wrench, tighten the nuts evenly and sequentially to the manufacturer's specified torque value. This ensures an even load distribution and prevents distortion.
D. Final Fixing and Assembly (for applicable models)
- For poles with internal fixation: Access the internal compartment and use an M6 hex key to secure the built-in bolts according to the design. This adds an extra layer of security.
- Install any ancillary components, such as luminaire arms or brackets, as per the design drawings.
E. Final Inspection
- Use a spirit level to confirm the pole is perfectly plumb (vertical) in all directions.
