3×4 12 keys illuminated IP65 Waterproof Zinc Alloy keypad for vending machine B662
This keypad was designed with ABS keypad frame and zinc alloy buttons to reduce some cost from the frame material, but it still could meet the function when use it.
As there would have protective house outside the keypad, the vandal proof grade of keypad is still same the full metal keypad. Regarding the PCB, we used proforma coating on both side to reach waterproof, dust proof and anti-static functions.
1.The keypad frame is made with ABS material with vandal proof features and buttons are made in zinc alloy material with anti corrosion chrome surface plating.
2.The conductive rubber is made in natural rubber with carbon layer, which has good performance when touch the golden finger on PCB.
3.The PCB is made with double side route which is more reliable when touch metal parts and the PCB is with proforma coating on both side.
4.The LED color is optional and the matched keypad voltage could be customized too.
With plastic keypad frame, the keypad could use in any application with protective shell with lower cost.
