IP SIP Explosion-Proof Telephone Station is a new-generation industrial network communication terminal designed for modern intelligent factories, digital dispatch systems and hazardous explosive areas.
The IP version relies on Ethernet network transmission, supports seamless docking with mainstream industrial dispatch hosts, VoIP systems, video intercom platforms and smart park management systems.
With stainless steel explosion-proof housing, IP66 waterproof and dustproof grade and complete ATEX/IECEx certification, it is widely used in hazardous industrial sites, becoming the standard communication equipment for modern EPC engineering projects.

The JWBT835P is an industrial explosion-proof telephone designed for complex environments such as petrochemical plants and construction sites. It features a high-strength 304 stainless steel casing, offering excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and vandal protection, ensuring reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. The handset-style design provides clear and stable voice communication. It is equipped with a 3×5 numeric keypad for easy dialing and three programmable function keys that can be configured via a web interface, including functions such as volume control, speed dial, redial, and hang-up. It can be integrated with IP PBXs, gateways, dispatch consoles, and speakers to form an IP communication system.

1. High-Level Explosion-Proof Safety Performance: Ex d IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof rating, suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 flammable and explosive gas hazardous areas. Passed ATEX and IECEx international explosion-proof certification, meeting global industrial safety standards and project tender qualification requirements.

2. Premium Stainless Steel Corrosion Resistance: Optional 304 / 316 stainless steel enclosure. 316 stainless steel version resists salt fog, sea wind and chemical corrosion, specially optimized for offshore oil rigs, coastal terminals and high-corrosion industrial environments.

3. Backlit Industrial Metal Keypad & Shortcut Dial: Wear-resistant integral metal keypad with soft blue backlight, clear operation in dark workshop, tunnel and night working environment. D1/D2/D3 three custom shortcut keys, support one-touch emergency call to control room, dispatch center and fixed extension numbers.

4. IP66 Full Weather Protection: Professional dustproof, waterproof and rainproof structure, adapt to outdoor open-air installation, high temperature, low temperature, humid and dusty industrial harsh environment, stable operation all year round.

5. Industrial Durability Structure: Anti-drop and anti-collision rubber handset, oil-resistant and wear-resistant. Tensile spiral anti-pull cord to avoid line breakage and poor contact. Multiple explosion-proof cable glands for standardized on-site wiring and network system integration.
