As the telephone handset for gas&oil platform or sea port, corrosion resistance, waterproof grade and endurance to the hostile environment are very important factors when choose handsets. As a professional OEM in this filed, we took all the details into consideration from the original materials to internal structures, electrical components and external cables.

For harsh environment, UL approved ABS material, Lexan anti-UV PC material and carbon loaded ABS material are available for different usages; With different kinds of speakers and microphones, the handsets could be matched with various motherboard to reach high sensitivity or noise reducing functions.

To enhance the handset's waterproof rating, we have made structural changes compared to common handsets in the market. Additionally, we have added a sound permeable waterproof film on the speaker and microphone. With these measures, the waterproof rating reaches IP66, making it suitable for outdoor use.

Features

1.Options for the handset's cord include a default PVC curly cord with a standard length of 9 inches when retracted and 6 feet when extended. Customized lengths are also available.

4.Dfault SUS304 stainless steel armored cord.The standard armored cord length is 32 inches, with optional lengths of 10 inches, 12 inches, 18 inches, and 23 inches. The cord also includes a steel lanyard anchored to the telephone shell, with a matching steel rope of varying pull strength:
- Dia: 1.6mm, 0.063”, Pull test load:170 kg, 375 lbs.
- Dia: 2.0mm, 0.078”, Pull test load:250 kg, 551 lbs.
- Dia: 2.5mm, 0.095”, Pull test load:450 kg, 992 lbs.
