Intrinsically safe mining safety Couplers KTJ152

Short Description:

The KTJ152 Mine Safety Coupler is an essential device for transitioning from safe to non-safe areas within mine communication systems. Used in conjunction with qualified intrinsically safe mine telephones and a switchboard or dispatching switchboard whose output parameters match the coupler’s input parameters, it provides safety isolation, signal transmission, and a dispatching communication system suitable for use underground in coal mines.

Product Introduction

The KTJ152 mining safety coupler has the following uses:

1. It provides reliable electrical connections between various electrical equipment used in mines, ensuring stable signal and power transmission.

2. It effectively isolates dangerous high-energy sources, preventing them from entering intrinsically safe circuits and ensuring the safe operation of intrinsically safe equipment underground.

3. It serves as a signal conversion interface, adapting and converting models of different types and voltage levels to meet the signal transmission requirements between mining equipment.

4. In underground coal mine communication systems, it enhances signal strength, extends signal transmission distance, and ensures smooth communication.

5. It filters signals entering intrinsically safe circuits, removing interference and improving signal quality.

6. It protects intrinsically safe mining equipment from damage caused by transient over-voltage and over-current surges.
