Xin Guobin pointed out that the general idea of ​​the current and future period of the shipbuilding industry’s intelligent transformation work is to focus on the main line of supply-side structural reform, highlighting the “two-wheel” drive of intelligent ships and intelligent manufacturing, and comprehensively improving the high-quality development capability of the shipbuilding industry. Specifically, we should work hard in four aspects: First, we must work hard to make up the short board, solve the key common problems of special technology, equipment, materials, and crafts, and fill in the shortcomings of the technology chain and the industrial chain. Second, we must lay a solid foundation. Work hard to establish an interconnected networked industrial ecology, focus on accumulating data and information resources, and enhance the intelligent ship network and information security protection capabilities. Third, we must work hard in standard norms, actively participate in the revision and revision of relevant international standards, study the construction of intelligent ship standard specification system, and establish a shipbuilding assembly intelligent manufacturing standard system. The fourth is to work hard to promote the application, pay attention to the construction of testing and verification capabilities, pay attention to establish a typical, play the benchmark role of the benchmark.

Smart ships represent new trends in shipowner demand and help to enhance the competitiveness of shipyards. However, at present, the problems that intelligent ships need to solve are: first, the contradiction between the unique sensing device of the original ship equipment system and the concept of network information sharing; second, the contradiction between the implementation of the decision-making recommendations of the intelligent system and the regulations; It is a problem that a large number of ship-to-shore communications bring network information security. Moreover, there are difficulties in the transformation of smart ships. First, it is necessary to balance long-term development and short-term benefits. Intelligent transformation will increase the current cost pressure of enterprises, but it is the only way for shipbuilding enterprises to get rid of the “Red Sea”. Second, it is necessary to circumvent the risk of intelligent equipment application. There is an application risk in the unproven intelligent equipment. In the process of promotion, the shipyard and related manufacturers need to fully communicate, coordinate research and development, and jointly improve.

Promote the intelligent level of the shipbuilding industry

In order to further promote the intelligent transformation work, Xin Guobin put forward three requirements: First, we must strengthen overall coordination, and the government should strengthen guidance; enterprises should exert their subjective initiative, combine practical conditions, choose appropriate paths, and carry out intelligent transformation actions in a solid manner; Professional institutions should play a good role in platform services; second, encourage bold exploration. All regions and enterprises should adapt to local conditions, boldly explore and innovate from reality, properly handle the relationship between the near and the long-term, and achieve a systematic combination of system advancement and phased breakthrough. The third is to promote open development, strengthen cooperation at home and abroad, promote cross-border linkage between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, inside and outside the industry, and jointly promote the improvement of the intelligent level of the shipbuilding industry.

Fully combing the needs of enterprise intelligent manufacturing and the problems to be solved urgently, analyzing the basic conditions for enterprises to implement intelligent manufacturing, and systematically demonstrating the achievability of intelligent manufacturing. The second is to adhere to open cooperation and personnel training. Focus on establishing long-term cooperation with universities or professional resources with professional technical strength. At the same time, we should pay attention to the cultivation of talents in the process of project implementation, and lay the foundation for the later operation and maintenance and secondary development of intelligent manufacturing. The third is to adhere to the standard construction and the synchronization of results. The implementation of intelligent manufacturing system is synchronized with the standard construction, the implementation results are solidified in time, and the work process specifications and technical standards are formed, which lays a foundation for the subsequent operation and maintenance management and deepening application of the intelligent manufacturing system.

At the meeting, Shanghai Overseas Takahashi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Dalian COSCO Shipping Kawasaki Ship Engineering Co., Ltd., Wuhan Marine Machinery Co., Ltd. and other three units made exchange speeches, and the Ministry of Transport gave a special introduction on the work related to intelligent shipping.
