The analog optical transceiver needs to perform amplitude or frequency modulation on the signal to convert the electrical signal into an optical signal, and receives the optical signal at the terminal, and also needs to perform demodulation to restore the data and image information.
The digital optical transceiver uses a number similar to 0, 1 to digitally process the data, images, etc., compiles into multiple low-speed signals, and then converts them into optical signals, and restores the optical signals to multiple low-speed signals at the terminal, and finally converts them into video. , images, data, etc.
